  • Working close with the Organization and Development team in developing “Performance Improvement Programs” and communication guidelines.
  • Recommending compensation strategies that are in line with corporate guidelines for various levels within the organization.
  • Ensuring the correctness of the staff database in the current HR system; also, analysing the expanded capacity in order to generate required reports.
  • Responding to, and resolving where possible routine employee service enquiries/issues; escalating as appropriate to the Head of Compensation and Benefits.


  • Male or female, aged 35-45 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HRBP, HRM & Payroll with 5 years in supervisory level roles.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Lotus Notes/Outlook, HR software applications, etc.).
  • Have experience in various core processes of human resource management covering compensation and benefits management, recruitment, and performance management, HRIS and employee relations.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
